Pleated Skirts for Fall

Good Morning!
I love using skirts no matter what season of the year is, playing with colors, textures, and trends in between is definitely fun. The thing I love the most about sunny days is being able of going out with a seasonal skirt, right now pleated skirts are available in many styles and colors, the movement and versatility they give to any outfit are great.

I styled it with this striped off-the-shoulder top, I love this top so much that I actually bought the same in two different colors, I love it so much because the sleeves are very unique and the baby blue paired with black is a great combination (down below you can check some options) this look is something you can use from morning to night, it all depends on what shoes, bag, and accessories you decide to use.

How To Make An Acai Bowl From Home

Good Morning! 
This is one of my favorite recipes to make for breakfast or as a snack. I considered this bowl as a dessert honestly. Açai is a superfood, it's delicious and it mixes perfectly with granola, hemp seeds, cheerios, etc. 

The reason why I preferred making this bowl from home, is because commercial bowls, the ones we usually buy from local spots, they tend to add crazy amounts of sugar, they are not calorie-wise, the ingredients are not the best, and the worst thing is that they are overpriced.

My favorite part of the day is breakfast, making a bowl like this will not take you longer than 12 minutes if you know what you already want to add on it.

The Process
As first things go first, the Açai is the essential ingredient. I buy it at Whole Foods, it comes frozen in a pack of 7. The brand I buy it's called Sambazon. You can check these two options here: Freeze-Dried Acai Powder & Acai Berry Pure & Unsweetened

The second part is more optional, sometimes I wake up wanting cheerios or granola, it all depends on your taste. I always make my granola from home, if you have time I totally recommend it to make it only takes 30 minutes, if not they are tons of options in every supermarket so try to check the nutrition facts before your purchase any.

The third part and last one is to add the fruits you love the most, I usually put half of the banana, 3 chopped strawberries, blueberries and concord grapes. I also love to add a spoon of peanut butter, right now I'm obsessed with this chocolate hazelnut butter: Justin's, it tastes like Nutella. Lastly, I love putting shredded coconut and that's all!

Trousers Love

Pants have always been one of my favorite pieces to pick whenever I'm getting dressed. It feels great carrying colors that radiate happiness. This was such a nice sunny day out, I wanted to showcase an ideal look for a bright day, I'm trying to wear as many colors as I can because I feel neutral colors are great for the upcoming seasons like winter. I decided to pull this look with a classic white shirt, as fuchsia is a strong color I tried to neutralize it with the white and black touch to make it elegant too. 

A great point for wide boot pants is that they make your legs look longer. They are great for work, going for dinner and to party, my favorite thing of all is how comfortable they are, you barely feel them!

Bring Color To Your Outfits To The Next Level

First of all, Happy Thanksgiving!
Today, I wanted to bring up the importance of wearing colors in our daily life! I love colors, the energy and radiance they inspire it's fantastic! Red is a warm and strong color...We all know, but what many of us do not know is the psychology behind every color we wear every day. As an example, I love starting the week using happy colors, I  love black, but I always try to stay away from it when it comes to starting something new. The reason why I do this is because I feel renewed, motivated and radiant, wearing colors to boost your mood is a great way to start the week!

The fact is we have so many colors and for every season we have a new trend, we should embrace them in order to feel different, but furthermore to fuel up our energy.

Wearing bright and new tones we are not always using gives us vivacity and happiness. We can get a lot of fun by using colors.

As a tip, try of pairing them with neutrals as white or nude, it all depends on the tone and of course your style!
