5 Ingredient Pancakes You Must Try


Since I've always been a morning girl, I decided to share one of my favorite and calorie wise recipes:
The Energy Boost Pancakes
This recipe will feed up to 2 persons.
Following this recipe is so easy! You will only need 5 main ingredients. 


Let's get started!
For the mixture you will need:
- (2) x 1/4 Cup of egg whites. If you are vegan you can add tofu instead.
- 1/3 Cup of Oatmeal or Oatmeal flour to get a better consistency
- (2) ripped bananas, mashed
- 1/2 Tsp of Cinnamon 
-1/4 Tsp of Baking Powder
Optional Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop of protein powder 
Time and Process:
Mixing all the ingredients shouldn't take more than 5 minutes, 
Start with: Whisking the egg whites until you get them to snow 
Second: Mix the eggs whites carefully with the oatmeal flour, the mashed bananas, cinnamon, baking powder, and the scoop of protein if you have it with you, all these until you get a homogeneous consistency.
Third: With a big spoon start doing big circle shapes to put them after in a frying pan.

How to decorate them:
This process is very optional, I opt to put a layer of greek yogurt on top to make like an appearance of a  "cream",  then I added the sliced bananas with coconut and carob chips as the last step.
and Voilá! Simple, healthy and super delicious!
